Terms of Services

By ordering a commission, client must read and agreed to the terms.

All of the stated price in the pricelist are personal-use only. Commercial-use artworks need to be discussed beforehand.
Any commission's work will be published after both artist and client have approved the delivered result. Please inform me if you don't want it to be published or on hold until specified date.
Client has the rights to publish or upload the commissioned artwork with crediting the artist.
As the artist, I have the rights to publish or upload the client's commissioned artwork
The estimated delivery time are counted after the clean sketch has been approved.
The artwork will be sent in .PNG and .JPEG file format. If the client ask for original .PSD, there will be an additional price.
Payment must be paid full or 50% after the sketch has been approved.
International payment with Paypal. For Indonesian, payment with Mandiri, BCA, Shopeepay, and OVO
No refund, unless the artist cannot complete the order in 2 weeks after the estimated time/deadline, then client has the rights to ask for refund.
